Home Insight Pro displays geo-targeted advertisements from local service providers (e.g., roofers, HVAC technicians, plumbers). Ads are targeted based solely on your approximate geographic location derived from your IP address. We do not share your personal information, search history, property data, or browsing activity with advertisers. Advertisers receive only aggregate, anonymized impression and click statistics.
Home Insight Pro is committed to compliance with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable anti-discrimination laws. We do not collect, store, display, or infer information about the race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity of any individual. Our property reports contain information about physical property characteristics only and are not designed for use in making decisions about individuals.
